Evaluating the efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma injection for erectile dysfunction: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

This meta-analysis systematically reviewed three randomized controlled trials (RCTs) involving 230 patients to evaluate the efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections for erectile dysfunction (ED). PRP treatment significantly improved erectile function, with patients showing a greater mean improvement in International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) scores (MD, 2.99;
