This randomized controlled trial compared the effectiveness of Metformin plus Myoinositol versus Metformin alone in improving fertility outcomes for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) undergoing ovulation induction. The study found that the combination of Metformin and Myoinositol significantly increased the live birth rate (55%) compared to Metformin alone (26.67%).
