This systematic review examines the potential of BPC 157, a pentadecapeptide, in promoting soft tissue healing, particularly for musculoskeletal injuries such as tendons, ligaments, and muscles. Although research has predominantly been conducted in rodent models, BPC 157 has shown promise in accelerating tissue recovery, especially in hypovascular and hypocellular tissues.
