Betulinic acid decreases ER-negative breast cancer cell growth in vitro and in vivo: role of Sp transcription factors and microRNA-27a:ZBTB10
This study explores the effect of betulinic acid on estrogen receptor-negative (ER-negative) breast cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo. The findings show that betulinic acid inhibits cell growth by regulating Sp transcription factors and microRNA-27a, which in turn affects the expression of ZBTB10, a gene involved in tumor
