This double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study evaluated the effects of a standardized Trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugreek) seed extract (Libifem) on sex hormones and sexual function in 80 healthy menstruating women aged 20–49 years with self-reported low sexual desire.
