A metaanalysis of the effectiveness and safety of ozone treatments for herniated lumbar discs
This meta-analysis assessed the effectiveness and safety of oxygen/ozone treatment for herniated lumbar discs across 12 studies with nearly 8,000 patients. The findings showed significant improvements in pain reduction (3.9 points on the VAS scale) and functional disability (25.7 points on the ODI scale), with a success rate of 79.7%
