Pharmacokinetics of growth hormone-releasing hormone(1-29)-NH2 and stimulation of growth hormone secretion in healthy subjects after intravenous or intranasal administration
This study examined the pharmacokinetics of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH(1-29)-NH₂) and its ability to stimulate growth hormone (GH) secretion. The results showed that the administration of GHRH(1-29)-NH₂ significantly increased GH levels in participants, with a dose-dependent effect observed.
